Whink's Return Policy

We acknowledge that not all purchases may meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer an exchange option. Here’s how it works:

• Items purchased from Whink can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
• Please note that sale items, special orders, and shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable and considered final sale.
• Certain products like earrings, body & bath products are also non-exchangeable and final sale.
• While we do not provide refunds, we are happy to offer store credit.
• All seasonal products, including Christmas merchandise, are final sale.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances and all clearance and holiday merchandise is final, with no exchanges or store credit available.
