Are all of Whink’s products available to buy online? features an extensive, but limited collection of Whink products online. We’re continually adding more products, but due to the unique nature of our art and collectables, it’s difficult to offer all we can in our store. How do I place an order on

Ordering Whink products through is easy and safe. Follow the simple directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. You may also order over the phone, by calling 709.754.7676.

What is your jewellery made of?

Whink’s jewellery is made from a number of products including semi-precious stones, crystals, pearls, sterling silver, rose gold and other metals. For information on specific products, get in touch with our stylists, who can tell you more.

How do I care for my Whink jewellery?

Whink will provide you with a Tender Loving Care Card with every purchase, providing you guidance on how to care for your particular products.

Generally, we recommend you put on your jewellery last to keep your body oils, hairsprays, lotions, and perfumes from tarnishing and discolouring your jewellery. Remove your jewellery before exercising, showering and swimming to prevent tarnish and discolouration.

How do I care for sterling silver jewellery?

Generally, sterling silver will tarnish over time, so it should be stored in plastic airtight bags and we recommend it be cleaned with Wrights Silver Cleaner applied with a sponge and rinsed with clean water.

How do I care for rose gold or gold-plated jewellery?

Rose Gold and Gold plated jewellery will turn with time and wear. To make it last longer, remove it after wearing and clean it with only soapy water. Buffing and harsh cleaners will chip the plating and break down your jewellery.

Why are your earrings final sale?

Some of Whink’s items are final sale due to the nature of the product. We cannot accept returns of earrings for hygienic reasons.

Who made the products you sell?

Whink’s products are sourced locally in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as across Canada and around the world. Each piece is hand-selected by shop owner Kim Sparkes, known for her eye for trends and impeccable style.

Is in-store pick up available?

Absolutely. If you’re in the St. John’s area you can purchase Whink products online and we’ll have them ready for you at the shop for pick up the next day.

How can i make returns or exchanges?

If you’re not happy with what you selected, or if it’s not what you expected; we have a comprehensive returns policy to ensure you have a great Whink experience. Purchases made online must be returned directly to Whink.

Returns will be accepted postmarked within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

All earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons.
