Return whink purchases for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items, special orders, and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Earrings, face masks, body & bath products are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We do not offer refunds, however we can offer you store credit. All seasonal products are final sale, ie Christmas Merchandise.
