Newfoundland Salt Company’s coffee finishing sea salt* is a collaboration with Bonavista Coffee Company. They combined their freshly roasted coffee with their regular sea salt and the result is a beautiful finishing salt that has a delicious coffee aroma.
*finishing sea salt is normally added at the end of the cooking process
HOW TO USE:
Try it with chocolate, baked goods, on ice cream, on pancakes and oatmeal in the mornings and in rubs and marinades for beef, pork, and chicken. It's also delicious in chili and curries!
